Hadrian, 117-138. Denarius (Silver, 18 mm, 2.41 g, 6 h), a contemporary imitation of an eastern mint issue. ΗΛDRIΛΝVS ΛVG COS III P Laureate head of Hadrian to right. Rev. HΛDRIΛ - Ι - PMCLΛ Aequitas-Moneta standing front, head to left, holding scales in her right hand and cornucopiae in her left; to left, lighted altar. Cf. RIC 3163-4 (for prototype). Slightly rough and with minor marks, otherwise, very fine.
